What is honeycomb?
Honeycomb is a delightfully light, confectionery classic. It has lots of names depending on where you are from in the country or world – Cinder Toffee, Sponge Candy, Puff Candy, Sponge Toffee, Hokey Pokey, Old Fashioned Puff, Dalgona (Korea), Sea Foam.
Honeycomb is versatile, it can add a light and crisp element of texture to a multitude of desserts, has a beautiful golden colouring and a sweet, toffee flavour.
Are there any Dairy Free options in the Yummycomb range?
Yes!
Our 70% dark products contain no dairy/milk ingredients. Woohoo!
However, currently they are produced in an environment where dairy/milk is used. This means currently they may contain traces.
We are looking to rectify this as soon as we can, we are determined to fly the Dairy Free flag high soon .
